Mediation services for teams and businesses
Every engagement is tailored to the conflict at hand, but most fall into a few common categories. If you don't see your exact situation, get in touch — mediation is flexible by design.
Employee & Team Disputes
Interpersonal conflict between coworkers, breakdowns in communication, or ongoing tension within a team that's affecting morale, collaboration, or performance.
Partner & Co-Founder Conflicts
Disagreements between business partners or co-founders over equity, roles, direction, decision-making authority, or the future of the business itself.
HR & Management Mediation
Manager-employee friction, formal complaints, or disputes that benefit from a neutral, structured process before they escalate to formal grievance or legal action.
Departmental & Cross-Team Conflict
Friction between departments or teams caused by competing priorities, unclear ownership, or breakdowns in cross-functional collaboration.
Contract & Vendor Disputes
Disagreements with vendors, contractors, or business partners over the terms or execution of an agreement — resolved without the cost of litigation.
Organizational Change Conflict
Tension that surfaces during restructuring, leadership transitions, mergers, or other major organizational shifts.
